NextGen Copywriter SL delivers all copywriting and messaging services digitally. No physical products are shipped.
Completed copy is delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Large files may be shared via a secure file transfer link. We can also deliver directly into your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) by prior arrangement.
Standard delivery: Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF. On request: plain text, Google Docs, HTML. For email sequences: formatted for your ESP. For ad copy: character-count formatted per platform specification.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national public holidays. Timelines begin from the later of payment confirmation or receipt of complete brief materials.
Delivery depends on receipt of a completed brief. Projects cannot begin without target audience information, objectives, and any brand guidelines or reference materials. Incomplete briefs delay the start of the timeline.
If you have not received your delivery by the agreed date, email hello@nextgencopywriter.com with your order reference. We investigate and redeliver within 24 hours.
Delivery is complete when we send files to the email address provided at checkout. If you have provided an incorrect email, redelivery is made at no charge once you supply the correct address.
