NextGen Copywriter SL provides bespoke professional copywriting services delivered digitally. This policy describes when refunds or partial refunds are available.
Copywriting projects are custom deliverables requiring skilled professional work. Once a project has been assigned and work has commenced, material costs have been incurred. Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU) provides that the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom services where performance has begun with the Client's consent, which is given at checkout.
If you cancel before we have sent an order confirmation and assigned a copywriter, we issue a full refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Contact hello@nextgencopywriter.com with your order reference.
Once a copywriter has been assigned and work has started, cancellation results in a partial refund based on work completed. We calculate the amount fairly based on documented progress and notify you before processing. Typically: 80% refund if less than 20% complete; 50% if approximately 50% complete; no refund if the first draft has been delivered.
If you believe the delivered copy contains errors or does not meet the agreed brief, contact us within 14 days. We review the complaint and provide corrections within the included revision rounds at no charge. Where errors are significant and confirmed, we may offer additional corrections or a partial refund. Refunds are not available for style preferences not communicated before project start.
